The celebration was held in Ottawa on Saturday, April 6, 2019, in the Councillors Lounge of Ottawa City Hall from 14.00 to 17.00. In the program: Congratulation by I. Survila, chairman of the Rada BNR in exile. Awarding ceremony of the Belarusian Institute of Arts and Science (BINIM, Canada) for 2018. Poems by Yuri Chametka. The performance “The Street of Heniyush” by Toronto actors, directed by V. Chevtchenko. For the development of the Belarusian culture in Canada diplomas of the BINIM (Canada) were awarded: Violetta Kovaleva; sound and Igor Filyushkin for the video film-music tale “To, To, To”; Valentina Chevtchenko for directing and staging the play “The Street of Heniyush”; team Ottawa for organizing and conducting the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian People’s Republic in Canada Parliament building composed of: Natalia Barkar, Inna, Ksenia and Alexandre Karalkevich, Irena and Vladimir Klimkovich, Alexandra Logvin, Oksana and Sergei Mazgavoj, Piotra Murzionak, Irina and Vladimir Panchenko, Galina Rezaipur, Mikhail Rykov, Galina Tumilovich, Vlada and Yuri Chametka.
