On April 1, 2021 an international online conference ensued hosted by Warsaw University. Theme: “Belarusian Identity: Past Experience and Challenges for the Future Relating to 30th Year of Declaration of Belarus’s Independence.” The conference was organized by the Department of International Studies of Central and Eastern Europe at Warsaw University. Partnering organizers that presented papers were BINIM, New York and BINIM, Canada. The Conference was conducted under the guidance of the University’s Rector and President of BNR Committee, Ivonka Survilla. Thirty researchers read papers on the given subject. The president of BINIM, Canada, Piotra Murzionak, gave the opening speech of welcome and presented his paper under the title: “Belarusian Institute of Arts and Sciences in Canada in Support of Belarusian Identity.”
