Abstract: We herewith offer documents and speeches that were presented during the conferences of OSCE–HDIM in 2002 – 2017 which exist and are kept in an electronic library OSCE-ODIHR (www.osce.org). The President of the Human Rights Education Centre, Valiery Hrytsuk, presented various speeches concerning human rights (corresponding file received is attached).
