The Slutsk defence action/uprising occurred at the end of 1920 during the Polish-Soviet war. During the uprising the fighting between the Belarusian forces committed to the Belarusian People Republic (BNR) and the Red Army passed between November 27 and December 31, 1920. Military and political conditions around the Slutsk uprising, parrticipants, and military actions are described. The list of uprising participants is ammended. On November 27, Belarusians of the world are celebrating the Day of Heroes.
