Mikhas Kenka provides the translation of “Scenes in the Diet” written by Polish author Yuseph Kraszewski into Belarusian. Roman through Kraszewski tells about the last Sejm of the independent Polish state – the Commonwealth. This Diet took place in Hrodna from June 17 to September 23, 1793. The first part of translation was presented in the previous 25^th issue of “Culture. Nation”magazine.
